While the left continues to cling to the narrative that a Biden impeachment inquiry is “baseless,” the mounting evidence that Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability have uncovered justifies an impeachment inquiry.

From videos to phone calls and emails, here are just a few key pieces of evidence the Oversight Committee plans to investigate through Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

In February 2014, former Vice President Joe Biden had a meeting with influential figures from Russia and Kazakhstan at Café Milano. During this gathering, substantial sums of money were directed towards Hunter Biden and his business associates. This dinner is a documented event.

Just over a year later, In April 2015, then-Vice President Joe Biden had dinner with Hunter Biden’s overseas business connections, among whom was Vadym Pozharsky, an executive associated with the Ukrainian company Burisma. At the time, Burisma was under scrutiny by Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin for allegations of corruption.

In 2015, the elder Biden had a meeting at the Vice President’s official residence with Hunter, Devon Archer, and other business partners to discuss the possibility of someone taking a high-ranking role at the United Nations. A government official from Kazakhstan, who was interested in this U.N. position, attended both Café Milano dinners with Joe Biden. It is reported that Hunter’s business associates visited the White House at least 80 times during his father’s vice presidency.

On December 4, 2015, Eric Schwerin, a business associate of Joe Biden, contacted Kate Bedingfield in the Vice President’s office, providing quotes for responding to media inquiries about Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company. Later that day, Bedingfield confirmed that the Vice President had approved the response. Additionally, on the same day, after a Burisma board meeting in Dubai, Hunter Biden made a call to Washington, D.C. to discuss easing the pressure on Burisma.

In May 2017, James Gilliar, an associate of the Biden family, sent an email to Hunter Biden and others to outline how they would share the profits from their dealings with CEFC, a Chinese energy company linked to the Chinese Communist Party. Gilliar specified that Joe Biden would receive a 10 percent share, a claim corroborated by former Biden family associate Tony Bobulinski. Furthermore, on May 20, 2017, Gilliar cautioned Bobulinski not to mention Joe Biden’s involvement except in face-to-face discussions due to concerns about secrecy.

On August 3, 2017, Hunter Biden acknowledged that the Bidens were “skilled at fulfilling the Chairman’s wishes” in their partnership with CEFC. The Chairman, Ye Jianming, was a Chinese billionaire associated with a CCP intelligence agency. Ye’s vision for CEFC China was to acquire overseas resources in alignment with national strategy.

In a recorded interview with the FBI in December 2020, Rob Walker mentioned that Joe Biden had attended a meeting with CEFC, indicating the elder Biden’s involvement in the matter.

In a September 21, 2017, email, Hunter Biden referred to Joe Biden as his business partner and even provided Joe Biden’s personal cell phone number for confirmation. The emails also revealed plans for Hunter Biden, CEFC officials, and Joe Biden to share office space under the name “Hudson West/CEFC/Biden Foundation.”

On July 30, 2017, Hunter Biden demanded money from his Chinese business associates, claiming that Joe Biden was right beside him. He threatened that if he received communication from anyone other than the recipient, he would leverage his connections, including Joe Biden, and stated that they would regret not following his instructions.

In 2016, Vice President Biden, using the alias “Robert L. Peters,” was alerted by his staff about a meeting with Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko. Hunter Biden was also included in this official email communication.

On July 20, 2023, Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, testified that Joe Biden was essentially seen as “The Brand,” serving as a symbol of power, access, and influence. This was used to benefit the Biden family financially from foreign sources.

As Vice President, Joe Biden allowed Hunter Biden to accompany him on Air Force Two for international business dealings. This enabled the Bidens to leverage “The Brand” in at least 15 countries, enriching their family. Archer also revealed that Joe Biden had been on the phone on over 20 occasions to demonstrate that Hunter had access to influential figures and power.

Comer also points to bank statements and other evidence that the Biden family received more than $20 million from foreign sources, funneled through shell companies.

The Bidens orchestrated intricate business dealings and strategically used Joe Biden’s status as “The Brand” to amass wealth. Still, the left insists there’s nothing to see here – the irony is richer than the Bidens’ bank accounts.
