South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is a rising star in the GOP, assumed to be on Trump’s shortlist for VP even. But if the rumors are true, she just might have cost herself everything by having a sordid and years-long affair.
According to the New York Post, Corey Lewandowski used to work for Trump as his campaign manager for his 2016 presidential run. And while he hasn’t worked for Trump in years now, sources say he is still close to Trump’s inner circle.
Noem is also reportedly close to Trump. In fact, just a short while ago, she invited Trump to her home state for a GOP fundraising event and there announced her official endorsement for him as 2024’s presidential nominee.
This, as well as a history of supporting Trump at every turn, has put very near the top of Trump’s choices for vice president.
But according to the Post, Noem has been having a years-long affair with Lewandowski. And they aren’t really even hiding it.
The outlet has supposedly talked to multiple sources who have seen the two together in “blatantly” compromising positions.
Several “witnesses” say the two have gotten “handsy” with each other on numerous occasions, even playing “grabass” and such in public. Others say the affair is a rather known thing that has been going on for a while now.

Of course, this is finally coming out now that Noem has made headlines endorsing Trump and is rumored to be his top VP pick.
Naturally, the timing is more than a bit questionable, giving many the idea that this is all just a political stunt by her and Trump’s enemies.

Then again, more than a few supposed witnesses to the affair and their near-constant flirting. There is also the fact that Mr. Noem has not lived in the governor’s mansion with Kristi for about two years.
But is that because of the ongoing affair or because his work as owner of an insurance company takes him elsewhere often?
