It’s a misnomer to think that the US Department of Justice is being weaponized against Americans and Trump supporters. That implies that the DOJ is going through some sort of procedural transformation right now, which could be stopped if only we elect the right president. That’s not the case. The DOJ is already weaponized and carrying out attacks against Americans. The latest case in point is that last Thursday, the DOJ filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk’s SpaceX for the crime of hiring Americans to work on top secret rocket projects instead of illegal aliens who don’t even speak English.
The lawsuit claims that “from at least September 2018 to May 2022, SpaceX routinely discouraged asylees and refugees from applying and refused to hire or consider them, because of their citizenship status, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).”
The DOJ asserts that SpaceX openly discouraged refugees and asylees, whose main job skills are things like goat herding and chopping bananas out of a tree with a machete, from applying for open positions. Who would have thought that illiterate peasants from the Third World were unqualified to work for a futuristic space rocket-building company? Shocker!
The DOJ also claimed in a press release that SpaceX failed to fairly consider job applications from refugees and asylees and that the company rejected those applicants because of their non-citizenship status. “SpaceX hired only U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents from September 2018 to September 2020,” says the release.
Amazingly, after laying out the allegations against SpaceX in the press release, the DOJ asks for any foreigners who were rejected for a job at SpaceX to please come forward and tell their stories. In other words, they don’t even have a single refugee or asylee victim at this point who was rejected for a job at SpaceX, but they’re suing the company anyway.
By the way, everything that the Biden Justice Department is accusing SpaceX of doing is absolutely, 100% true. That’s because building aerospace rocket ships in conjunction with the federal government is not governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act. It’s governed by a completely separate and much more important set of laws known as International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Any organization or military contractor company that manufactures or exports items on the United States Munitions List is required to be in compliance with ITAR. The Munitions List contains many different categories, including the manufacture of nuclear submarines, nuclear weapons, surface vessels and vehicles, and even technical data related to military hardware. Interestingly, #18 on the US Munitions List is Directed Energy Weapons, which the media assures us is a conspiracy theory after the Hawaii wildfires earlier this month.
Every company like this is required to have an ITAR compliance consultant from the federal government. One of the things that every company has to do in order to remain ITAR-compliant involves hiring only “US persons.”
“US Persons” is the legal term for American citizens and lawful permanent residents (green card holders). Refugees technically can’t ever become green card holders in the US, because they’re supposed to go back home once hostilities in their own s***hole countries die down. By not hiring refugees and asylees, Elon Musk was keeping SpaceX compliant with ITAR, which can lead to fines of up to $1.2 million per violation, plus 10 years in prison.
It would be a criminal offense for SpaceX to hire a single refugee. As Musk noted on Twitter, “We couldn’t even hire Canadian citizens, despite Canada being part of NORAD!”
The Biden regime is officially schizophrenic now. If Elon Musk had hired refugees, he could have been thrown in prison. Because he didn’t hire refugees, the DOJ is suing him. We all know what this is really about. Elon Musk poked the bear by making Twitter a sort-of-free-speech-but-not-really platform again. The Biden regime is trying to bankrupt him because Musk poked the bear.
