Trump Tells Military Leaders To Prepare For War

During his address to America’s top military leaders, President Donald Trump pledged to “straighten out” the country’s dangerous sanctuary cities “one by one.”

The president lamented what Democrats have done to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.

“They’re very unsafe places. And we’re going to straighten them out one by one.”

Trump continued with a warning about the scope of the fight.

“And this is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room. It’s a war, too, it’s a war from within. Controlling the physical territory of our border is essential…”

He then blasted the violent protesters who target soldiers and law enforcement officers.

“A woman was this far away from [a soldier’s] face and she starts spitting in his face,” Trump said of one incident he saw, “and he’s not allowed to do anything. And if it’s OK with you, generals and admirals, I’ve taken that off.”

Trump laid out a new approach in direct language.

“And I say, ‘They Spit, We Hit,’” Trump told the officers. “Is that OK, I think so.”

The president has increasingly called for the U.S. military, especially the National Guard, to help end violence and crime in deep-blue, Democrat-run cities. He views this as a critical step alongside his immigration enforcement policies.

He has already rededicated parts of several military bases to serve as detention centers for illegal aliens marked for deportation.

In Indiana and New Jersey, military bases have been ordered to dedicate portions of their facilities to house illegals awaiting removal.

At the same time, a massive new project is underway. Trump approved a $1.26 billion contract to build a detention facility at Fort Bliss in Texas. This center will add major capacity for housing illegal immigrants while deportation is processed.

The speech showed his seriousness about the issue. It was not just a warning. It was a plan of action, aimed directly at the cities and policies he sees as dangerous.

Trump’s message to the generals was clear: the fight against sanctuary cities is just beginning. And he intends to see it through, city by city, until the problem is handled.
