Dems Have A New Plan To Stop ICE – This Is A CRIME

The Department of Homeland Security is sounding the alarm after California Democrats announced plans to launch an online tracker aimed at exposing Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

“ICE tracking apps and websites directly put the lives of ICE law enforcement and their families in danger,” DHS wrote in a post on X.

The warning came shortly after a violent attack at an ICE facility in Dallas. Federal investigators revealed that the gunman used an ICE tracking app to plan his assault. The memory of that event is still raw, but California leaders are moving ahead anyway.

“Less than a month after a deranged gunman — who used an ICE tracking app to plan his attack — opened fire at the Dallas ICE facility, California politicians are pushing to publicize information would further jeopardize officer safety,” DHS continued.

Officials made it clear that any attempt to disrupt federal law enforcement would be met with consequences.

“Anyone who actively obstructs law enforcement in the performance of their sworn duties or assaults law enforcement, including U.S. citizens, will face consequences,” DHS warned.

The controversy began when the Washington Examiner reported that Democrats in Los Angeles were developing a digital platform to track ICE activity.

Mayor Karen Bass and Congressman Robert Garcia announced the effort earlier in the week. Garcia said it would be part of what he called an investigation into ICE operations.

“Over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we’re going to be essentially tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will send. You’ll be able to send us information on. It’ll be all available in one central place, and you’ll be able to look up that information as it relates to Los Angeles as well,” Garcia said.

DHS quickly condemned the idea. Officials warned they would prosecute any companies that help design or maintain such a system.

But Garcia pressed forward. He even urged citizens to record ICE operations and send footage to activist groups or his office.

“If they are able and safe to record what is happening, we encourage them to communicate that to local groups on the ground, elected officials, and offices, they can communicate the information with,” Garcia said.

Federal law enforcement agencies have expressed growing frustration over what they see as open hostility from Democrat leaders in deep-blue states. DHS officials say the push for an ICE tracker is not just reckless — it could directly endanger officers and their families.

The plan reflects a widening divide between the federal government and liberal states over immigration enforcement. While Trump-era policies aimed to protect agents and secure the border, progressive officials in California are now using technology to undermine that mission.

The debate has already ignited strong reactions nationwide, as concerns mount that similar projects could spread to other Democrat-led cities. For now, DHS says the message is simple — interfering with law enforcement isn’t activism. It’s a crime.
