Court Rules Three Republicans Can Continue To Campaign After They Were Falsely Accused of Participating in an Insurrection

The state of Arizona has become a battleground between Democrats and Republicans. The Democrats will not stop until they can get every Republican off the ballot for the midterm elections. The liberals know that the only way they can win is to falsely accuse and discredit any conservative that would try and run for office. And the fake narrative of insurrection is the story used to attack Republican Congressmen Paul Gosar, Biggs, and State Representative Mark Finchem.

The three men were accused of being a part of an insurrection which by law disqualifies them from public office. Their accusers maintain that they all had violated the 14th amendment. The Democrats need to get these men out of their way to have a chance of winning the election.

Gosar and Biggs are defending their positions in Congress. Finchem is trying to become the next Arizona Secretary of State. The three men were viciously accused and sued by a few voters in an attempt to keep their names from appearing on the ballot in the upcoming primary in August.

Their accusers stated that the three men were involved in the January 6 protests in Washington. The Daily Wire reported that the group violated the 14th amendment, which reads, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

The January 6 protests have long been proven to have been peaceful demonstrations of many people seeking to voice their opinion about the certification of the disputed election results. The crowd was invited into the building by the police and were later escorted through the complex and shown the exit once the tour was complete.

The concept of an insurrection involves violence and an attempt to overthrow the established form of government. And it has never been proved that an insurrection took place. The Democrat’s attempt to paint January 6 as insurrection has failed multiple times. And these accusers would find that out the hard way.

The Superior Court of Arizona stated, as reported by the Daily Wire, that Congress never established the January 6 protests as an insurrection. They never proved the 14th amendment was ever violated, and these three men cannot be kept from having their names appear on the ballot.

The case started in the lower court and worked its way up to the Arizona High Court. In every case, the innocence of the three men was found and upheld. The Democrats thought they had a confirmed case that would keep the Republicans off the ballot but failed because their narrative was fake.

Gosar would state, “Breaking: The AZ Supreme Court just ruled that me, @RepAndyBiggsAZ and @RealMarkFinchem will remain on the ballot. The Democrats lose again and now have totry to beat us at the ballot box. ️Free Speech Wins ️No ‘Insurrection’ no Disqualification Clause.”

The Democrats desperately need to make January 6 an insurrection. They know that it is the only way to bring down several Republican politicians who supposedly were involved in the protests. The men in question agreed that the certification process should be postponed until a proper audit could be performed to prove the legitimacy of the votes.

The Democrats hated the idea because they knew they would have been discovered as frauds. And that is precisely what they are trying to do again by lying about three men and their alleged involvement in peaceful protests.
